The “Gathering of Talents, Leading the Future” Distributor Meeting of Sheffield Tools was successfully held
July 1st is the CPC’s birthday, but for Sheffield Tools, it has another special meaning, which is the event day of this year’s dealer meeting. More than 30 distributors across the country were invited by Sheffield Tools to gather on the Wangfuzhou Island in Taishan, Guangdong, to participate in the distributor meeting with the theme of "Gathering of Talents, Leading the Future". The general manager of Sheffield Tools, managers of various department, and sales managers attended the meeting.
The first half of 2016 has just passed. The cold winter of China's hardware industry not only made it difficult for brand manufacturers, but also put pressure on businessmen engaged in the distribution of hardware products. In such a market environment, it is particularly meaningful for Sheffield Tools to hold a dealer meeting to sum up the past with partners and discuss the road of future development. In the past six months, Sheffield Tool has completed“ self-improvement” through product upgrades, and at the same time promoted channel network construction in terms of the sales, strengthened the tracking of large and medium-sized projects, changed the dealer’s thinking, and changed from “waiting” to "acting", taking the initiative in the market. In the first half of the year, the sales of Sheffield tools continued to grow steadily.
Different from previous meetings, this meeting was conducted by the heads of various functional departments to summarize the work and introduce the work plan for the second half of the year, allowing dealers to have a more detailed understanding of the work of each department of Sheffield, and facilitating future cooperation. After listening to the work reports of various departments, Tian Hua, the general manager, expressed his personal opinions on the theory of "what is success" and explain it by"Five-element Theory". He said that success is thinking + method + action + service + persistence, and the five elements require 100% effort. They correspond to the "golden, wood, water, fire, and earth" of the five elements, and mutually restrain each other. Mr. Tian's unique insights won the applause of all participants. In the afternoon, Sheffield Tools and distributors conducted in-depth discussions on product development, market expansion, operation services and other issues. Many distributors put forward valuable suggestions on the development of Sheffield.
In this dealer meeting, personals from Sheffield Tools and dealers meet again and discuss the future development of Sheffield Tools. Sheffield Tools will forge ahead in an innovative and enterprising spirit, work with dealers to achieve mutual benefit among Sheffield, dealers and users, and make the Sheffield business prosperous for ever.
